Biography: Frances is a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, a graduate of Turning Point Training Institute and Dublin City University (DCU) (Level 9). The course is one of the leading training courses in Ireland and is recognised by the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy (EAIP). Prior to commencing her psychotherapy studies, Frances has lived and worked in other cultures, and spent over twenty years working in international human resources in Ireland, USA and Asia. Frances follows a holistic approach to health and well-being and is also a qualified reflexologist. Frances has worked with clients in a number of therapy centres in Dublin and has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of areas, including anxiety, anger, bereavement and grief, depression, relationship issues, self-harm and suicidal ideation, etc.
