At Riverside Physiotherapy, we don’t just treat the problem, we treat the person. Our aim is to alleviate your symptoms, find the underlying cause of your pain and provide a treatment plan that prevents recurrence. Biography: Tracie qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist with honours from the Royal London Hospital in 1992. She worked for several years in the NHS specialising in musculoskeletal medicine, before moving into the private sector. She set up Riverside Physiotherapy in 2000. The clinic has continued to flourish providing a professional, effective service to members and non members of The Riverside Club. Her particular interests lie in treating sports related injuries; including spinal dysfunction and muscle imbalance. She has completed a vast number of post graduate courses including; Advanced Shoulder Rehabilitation, Sports Injuries, Advanced Spinal Rehabilitation, Manipulation, Biomechanics, Core Stability Training and Clinical Pilates. She also practices Acupuncture for musculoskeletal conditions. She is a qualified instructor in Modified Pilates for Physiotherapists, a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine and the Organisation of Physiotherapists in Private Practice (ACPSM and OCPPP). She has close links with some of the top Orthopaedic and Pain Consultants in London. Her goal is to provide a clinic of Physiotherapy excellence to the local community.

Biography: Christina qualified from St Mary’s Hospital in 1992 specialising in musculoskeletal medicine. She works as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in Rheumatology and Orthopaedics in the NHS, she has worked the Private sector for the past 13 years. She is a regular lecturer on both under-graduate and post-graduate courses to physiotherapists, doctors and nurses and is currently working as lecturer practitioner at Brunel University. She has completed a vast amount of post-graduate education including Diplomas in Rheumatology, Orthopaedic Medicine and Injection therapy as well as courses in advanced assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal problems, acupuncture, sports injuries, manipulation, biomechanics, core stability training, management of spinal pain, complex shoulder problems and chronic pain conditions. She is currently completing a Masters degree in advanced physiotherapy. She is a member of both the British Health Professionals in Rheumatology, Society of Orthopaedic Medicine and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. She has a particular interest in managing sports related injuries, post-fracture rehabilitation and managing arthritis as well as spinal pain. She adopts a holistic approach to managing patients to include other aspects of health such as nutrition, sleep and lifestyle changes.
