Here at Ross Cairns Physiotherapy we provide treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, both acute and chronic. We also provide treatment for sports injuries to help get you back to optimum performance again. Massage is used as a combined treatment approach but is also provided as a stand alone treatment to help relieved muscle tension and promote a sense of wellbeing and for sportsmen and women to aid recovery after sports performance or a running event for example. Acupuncture is also provided as a treatment to help with pain relief which in turn will provide an increase in function in daily tasks making the rigours of everyday life a lot easier to overcome.
