Skin Academy NE offers non-surgical aesthetic treatments to both women and men to rejuvenate the skin and treat medical skin problems.
Treatments include wrinkle-relaxing injections which are used for the treatment of frown lines, crows feet, and forehead lines. Dermal fillers (juvedere®)are used to soften nose-to-mouth lines, marionette lines (mouth-to-chin) and smokers' lines around the mouth and to increase volume in the lips. TCA chemical skin peel (Dermaquest) is used for anti-ageing, acne and pigmentation of the skin. Dermaroller treatment is used to improve lines and wrinkles, sun-damaged and ageing skin, acne scars, and stretch marks.

Biography: Skin Academy NE was founded in 2008 and is owned by Julie Walker, a qualified aesthetics practitioner. Skin Academy NE is a professional, ethical and friendly company, based on the belief that our customers needs are of the utmost importance. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. I am an experienced advanced nurse practitioner, being qualified as a nurse for more than 20 years. I am qualified to degree level and also an independent nurse prescriber. As the only practitioner at Skin Academy NE I can ensure a safe, reliable, confidential service. I am trained in medical cosmetics procedures by Dr Kate Goldie from Medics Direct and regularly attend updates and masterclasses.
