Biography: Dr Ben Chan is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine and a member of the Skin Cancer Society of Australia; American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia. Dr Ben Chan graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1980. He has been specialising in the field of Cosmetic Dermatology for more than 20 years. Dr Chan is a recognised trainer in laser procedures, cosmetic skin procedures and cosmetic injectables. Dr Chan established the cosmetic skin and laser clinic which has now grown to be one of the largest clinics of its kind in Australia. Dr Chan regularly attends both national & international society meetings to stay abreast of latest techniques and equipment, which he can then confidently offer to his patients.

Biography: MBBS, F.R.A.C.G.P., Diploma of Dermatology (Aust) Dr Sarah Concepcion’s medical career started in 2001 after graduating from Monash University. Going on to a general practice career, she realised there was more to prescribing medicines, listening to people’s chest and taking their blood pressures. Sarah wanted to help patients feel good about themselves, inside and out. She realised the immediate impact that feeling good about yourself can make in your life and decided to add aesthetic medicine as her speciality. Dr. Concepcion underwent training with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in cosmetics, liposuction and mesotherapy and obtained her Diploma in Dermatology. Despite experience in dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections she was hungry for more. Dr. Concepcion has travelled all over the world and continues to do so to keep up with current cosmetic breakthroughs. She has trained with the various cosmetic gurus of the world including Dr. Carlos Hoyos of Colombia and Prof Alberto di Giuseppe of Italy to help her understand the art of body sculpting with VASER technology. Other tools that Sarah may use to help her patients achieve aesthetic improvement include eyelid operations (blepharoplasty), [Treatment name removed] and laser therapies (resurfacing and pigment treatment). Dr. Sarah Concepcion feels passionate about giving her patients a natural look that won’t leave them looking “overdone” or “fake”. Her assessment will involve looking at the person holistically and listening to what her patients really want. Dr Concepcion is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
