The centre was created to provide access to a range of Complimentary Medical Treatments that are holistic in every sense.

All therapies are grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine which applies treatment from an energetic approach rather than a mechanical or chemical approach like that of western medicine.

This Holistic application dates back over 3000 years and could be considered as the most tried and tested forms of medical treatments to date.

Acupuncture and Tui Na Medical Massage are found in hospitals and clinics throughout China to treat complaints that would require Chiropractic, Osteopathic or Physiotherapy treatment here in the UK. These two therapies alone are often offered prior to surgical operation.

Traditional Chinese Medicine also integrates the emotional well-being of a patient when diagnosing, as the mental health of a patient cannot be seperated from the physical. This is what makes holistic therapy a very powerful tool when treating chronic conditions.

Founded by Christopher David Handbury

Christopher David Handbury has over 10 years expereince of energy work which began with exposure to Taijiquan (Tai Chi) and Qigong. He has since completed 6 years training in Traditional Chinese Medicine with internationally respected teachers and practitioners.

He has qualified as a Master Practitioner of Tui Na Medical Massage, Classic, Auricular, Sub-Cutaneous and Microsystems Acupuncture and Traditional Indonesian Massage. Christopher is alos a Level 2 Medical Qigong Practititioner and has taught hundreds of students his unique health system through his Tai Chi Qigong Classes.

Within these systems he has qualified for Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, Manipulative Therapy, Pain Relief Acupuncture, On-Site Applications and Therapeutic Therapies.
