Our team has a wide range of experience including spinal and musculoskeletal specialists, sports and rehabilitation specialists as well as a men's health Consultant. We are constantly researching and investing in the latest technology and techniques to ensure our patients receive the most advanced and evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation possible. This includes SHOCKWAVE THERAPY which is the most advanced treatment for chronic conditions like tendon and muscle injuries (eg. achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis) as well as joint/bone injuries (eg. shin splints, shoulder and knee pain)

Biography: Phil is a highly accomplished Sports Physiotherapist, Sports Scientist and Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 16 years experience working with professional and international athletes and teams in UK, Australia and South Africa. Phil graduated from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in 1990, winning the award for the highest academic achievement in physiotherapy. He further advanced his studies to include a Masters in Sports Science and is a specialist Strength & Conditioning Coach. His vast experience includes two successful Super 15 Rugby Teams (The Stormers and ACT Brumbies), Leicester Tigers, Ulster Rugby and the South African National Rugby Team, to name a few. With his unique blend of physiotherapy and sports science he has become recognized as one the world’s most experienced and well-known injury Rehabilitation Specialists. As an International Strength and Conditioning Coach, Phil has focused on skills integration, individual development, nutrition, high intensity training and combat training.

Biju has a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries, in particular back, neck and postural pain. He has developed an excellent reputation throughout Scotland by the work he has achieved with a number of corporate companies in reducing back pain in the workplace.

Biography: Peter is from Monaghan, Ireland. He completed his undergraduate in Sports Science & Health at Dublin City University followed by a Physiotherapy degree in Oxford Brookes University. He has also has his National Strength & Conditioning Certificates.Peter has extensive experience working in Occupational Health, assessing and treating work related injuries. Additionally, Peter specialises in treating sports injuries and conditions such as back, neck, hip and knee pain. He uses a combination of Hands-on Techniques, Functional Rehabilitation and Patient Education.Peter is a competitive sportsman previously playing Gaelic Football for Monaghan and International Basketball for Ireland.

His experience and clinical placements have provided him with the ability to apply a combination of strengthening, exercise and movement combined with hands-on manual therapy techniques which are essential parts of the rehabilitation process.He values patient education very highly and believes the patient should be provided with a good understanding of their condition, diagnosis and the management strategies that are implemented.Jamie has previously played rugby and has worked pitch-side for several years with a variety of men’s and women’s teams which has allowed him to develop a good understanding of how to mange traumatic injuries.
