Biography: She is the director of Toronto Medical Aesthetics. She specializes in facial rejuvenation and non-invasive treatments to make you years younger. She is a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon, completed her undergraduate training in the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. She was trained in General surgery at the University of Colombo and underwent sub speciality training in Plastic Surgery. She successfully completed Master of Surgery and was board certified as specialist Plastic surgeon in Sri Lanka. She undertook the consultant post at the National Hospital of Sri Lanka. She continued the training in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery in the United Kingdom and was successful in the Fellowship examination by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and European Board of Plastic surgical examination. She worked in the prestigious hospitals in the United Kingdom such as Guys and St. Thomas’s hospital, St. Bartholomew’s hospital, St. Andrew’s centre, Broomfield and Chelsea & Westminster hospital. She also completed theMasters degree in Aesthetic Surgery in the Queen Mary University, London and was trained in cosmetic surgery by the experienced aesthetic surgeons. She is a member of: The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Associate member of the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), European Union of Medical Doctors and College of Surgeons of Sri Lanka.
