Biography: Billy graduated from High School in 1999 and joined the Military shortly after. Serving in the Australian Defence Force for 8 years, Billy completed two separate tours of Iraq during the Gulf War. After an honourable discharge from the services, Billy entered into the business world and in 2007 took over a struggling Beauty Salon in Perth CBD. From 2007 to 2009 Billy rebuilt the business, growing it, achieving great success, and in 2009, Billy created his own brand, XY Skin + Body Specialists. Since creating XY, Billy has worked with some of the best Business Coaches within Australia and participated in some of the most elite business courses and seminars. Through his coaching, education and own experience, Billy has developed a robust, efficient and high performance business model for XY Skin + Body Specialists. Biography: April commenced her career in the beauty industry over 20 years ago in her home town of Newcastle, UK where she trained as a beauty therapist before gaining experience in salons. Joining Steiner Transocean, she was then given the opportunity to travel the world as a therapist and spa manager, leading eventually to a home in Australia. Working with some of the most reputable and exclusive brands, spas and clinics in Australasia, April has extensive experience as a spa director, field manager, and business development manager in the industry. This has included time spent as a Board Director for spa and beauty associations, judging for beauty awards and working with National Beauty & Hair Accreditation. With a lifelong love for the industry, her biggest area of passion is motivating, mentoring and working alongside teams, managers and franchise owners, helping them to achieve personal and professional growth and success.
