Biography: Dr. Francisco de Melo is a Senior Plastic Surgeon at ZO Skin Centre® Dubai and brings with him more than 20 years of experience in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery in Portugal and the UAE. Known for paying particular attention to building strong and open professional relationships with his patients, he focuses on surgical facial rejuvenation, eyelid surgery, breast surgery and reconstruction, body contouring, cosmetic gynaecology and non-surgical rejuvenation using advanced techniques – fillers, suspension threads, lasers and skin care. Prior to moving to the UAE, Dr. de Melo was a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and Head of the Surgery Department in the Military Hospital in Lisbon, Portugal. A graduate from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal, Dr. de Melo’s credential are recognized worldwide – by the General Medical Council in the UK, by Ordem dos Medicos in Portugal, as Consultant by the DHA, and as Specialist by the DHCC. A qualified aesthetic medical trainer, and sought after keynote speaker at international medical conferences, Dr. de Melo is also a member of several medical societies, including the Emirati Plastic Surgery Society; the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS); the Portuguese Academy of Medical Sciences; the Portuguese Association for Hand Surgery; the Portuguese Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery; and the Portuguese Burn Society. Having practiced in a number of countries around the world, including Mexico, USA, Brazil, Spain, France, Romania and Italy, Dr. Crisafulli began his career in Milan in the plastic surgery and emergency departments of one of the city’s most reputed clinics. A perfectionist by nature, he performs non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including fillers, and laser skin resurfacing, and has specialist expertise in facial and breast surgery, as well as body contouring and the latest innovations in hair transplants. Originating from Sicily, Italy, Dr. Crisafulli graduated from the University of Messina, Italy, and holds memberships with AICPE (Italian Society of Cosmetic Plastic Surgery), EURAPS (European Association of Plastic Surgeons) and ISHRS (International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery). He loves the sea and sports cars, and during his spare time, enjoys going to the gym, playing tennis and running.

Natalya brings a wealth of experience and has been working in the industry for a number of years. She has a warm and highly professional approach to delivering a range of advanced face and body services, including chemical peels, facials, electro and cryotherapy for body contouring and cellulite treatment, laser hair removal, mesotherapy, and microdermabrasion. Previously employed as a Clinical Trainer with one of the GCC’s leading aesthetic technology distributors, she is extremely knowledgeable on the industry’s leading treatments and high-tech equipment, including VelaShape®, CoolTech®, Ulthera®, and Cutera® lasers. A qualified beauty therapist from the Academie Esthetique, Dubai, Natalya holds the French CEEP and CNEP diploma. Furthermore, studied at the Sharjah University Laser Training and Research Centre (SULTARC), and holds a Psychology Graduate Degree from the University of East Kazakhstan.
