Dr Shirin Lakhani is a practising GP and trained aesthetic physician. She is registered with the GMC and is fully insured. She follows the GMC Good Medical Practice guidelines, and therefore assures a quality service with an honest, ethical approach.

Biography: Elite Aesthetics was founded by Dr Shirin Lakhani MBBS MRCGP DRCOG, a GP and fully trained aesthetic physician. Our aim is to provide affordable aesthetic treatments without compromising on quality. We only use the best branded products, although this is not reflected in our prices.Dr Lakhani graduated from Guy's & St Thomas' Hospitals in London, in 1999. She has worked as an NHS doctor since then, gaining experience in several hospital specialties including medicine, general surgery, urology and accident & emergency, before training as an anaesthetist. It was during this time that she became skilled in various injection techniques and practical procedures. After starting a family, Dr Lakhani pursued a career in General Practice and has obtained various postgraduate qualifications, including certificates in minor surgery and aesthetics.Dr Lakhani is passionate about bringing the same quality of care she provides in her everyday medical practice to the field of aesthetics. She firmly believes that there should be greater regulation of the aesthetics industry to ensure that all practitioners are adequately trained. Dr Lakhani is registered with the GMC, which means that she has had full medical training and is obliged to follow an maintain certain standards as laid out in ‘Good Medical Practice’. She is required to keep up to date with her training, and attends regular courses and conferences to keep abreast of new developments. She is also fully insured.Dr Lakhani believes in achieving beautiful, natural results and will personally tailor treatments to your individual aesthetic requirements based on your desires along with her own assessment.
