Biography:  He was born in France in 1969. After completing his education in Izmir Müdafaai Hukuk Elementary and Bornova Anadolu High School, he got into Ege University Faculty of Medicine. After completing his specialization in Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine's Ear Nose and Throat Clinic, he founded ENTO Ear Nose and Throat in Alsancak in 2001, together with Surgeon Denizhan Özkaya. Surgeon Ümit Filiz, who worked as a guest doctor in the Ear Nose and Throat Clinic of the Austrian University of Venice in 1998, knows English and German.    He is a member of Turkish Ear Nose Throat Neck and Head Surgery Association, Turkish Ear Nose Throat Neck and Head Surgery Foundation, Turkish ENT Facial Plastic Surgery Working Group, Turkish Sleep Studies Association, European Sleep Studies Association, and Aviation Medicine Association. He received his "Aviation Medical Examiner" sertificate (October 8 - November 16 2001) from the Eskisehir Aerospace Medicine Physiological Training Course within the Air Force. His specialty interests are aesthetical and functional nose surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, and sleep apnea surgery.

Biography: He was born in Izmir in 1964. He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. He received his ENT specialty from Celal Bayar Faculty of Medicine in 2000. In 2001, together with Surgeon Ümit FILIZ, he founded the Private ENTO Ear Nose and Throat in Alsancak. He is a a member of Ear- Nose - Throat and Neck and Head Surgery Association and Facial Plastic Surgery Association. Biography: Ear - Nose - Throat Ilnesses and Head and Neck Surgery Specialist. Graduated from Ankara Atatürk High School in 1974. He got his degree from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1980. He recieved ENT Specialist Training from Hacette University Faculty of Medicine's ENT Department  in 1984.  After completing his military service in Ankara Mevki hospital as a ENT Specialist, he began his compulsory service in Ordu State Hospital in 1986.      He worked as chief intern in Izmir Atatürk Education and Study Hospital in 1989, as deputy chief in 1991, and as associate professor in 1994 up until June 2008. In June 2008, he served as Founding Chief Physician of the ENT Department of Namik Kemal University Faculty of Medicine, Department Head of Surgical Medical Sciences, and Faculty of Medicine Member in the University Senate. He resigned from his position in August 2010.       He is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric ear - nose - throat illnesses, micro surgery of ear diseases, endoscopic procedures of sinus and nose diseases, aesthetical nose surgeries, and head and neck surgical procedures. He has actively participated in the theoretical and practical training of more than 40 ENT specialists in these areas.      Abroad: He has attended courses on Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in Köln University (Germany), Brussels Free University (Belgium); and given education and participated in observation on ENT Diseases and Neck/Head surgery in Johns Hopkins University (USA), and in Güstave-Roussy Cancer Institute (Paris - France)
