About Greenwoods Dental Centre

Biography: A passionate and dedicated person in the dental health and education of the younger generation, Dr. Hermann Lee has been practicing orthodontics in Winnipeg for over 22 years. Dr. Lee holds an M.Sc Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin, and a DMD and MS (Orthodontics) from Washington University of St. Louis, USA. He also is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Manitoba. Dr. Lee believes in efficiency in treatment and is dedicated to minimize treatment time for his patients. To achieve this he has chosen to use exclusively the Speed System Braces () or Invisalign ()in the appropriate cases.
Dr Nagasundaram Deivasikamani

Biography: Dr. Nagasundaram Deivasikamani (Dr. Naga for short), was born and raised in India. There he studied dentistry and received his degree in 2000 at the Dr. MGR Medical University in the city of Chennai. He went on to starting his own private practice where he served the people of his home town. In 2004 he moved to the Persian Gulf, and working in a hospital as a dentist for almost 8 years. Along with his wife and 2 daughters, they immigrated to Canada in 2009. 2 years later he attended Schulich School of Dentistry, The University of Western Ontario for restoratve dentistry clinical skills review course. He challenged the National Dental Examining Board of Canada's DDS Equivalency process and successfully passed the examinations in 2012. In early 2013 Dr. Naga and family now call Winnipeg Home, where he spends his free time with his family, playing tennis, swimming, and horse back riding

Biography: Dr. Myong Yom is a 2011 graduate from the University of Manitoba. She was born and raised in Korea, and prior to becoming a dentist she worked as a Registered Nurse for 10 years. She decided to make the big move to Canada in 2001, where she would then decide to enroll in dental school. Upon graduating, Dr. Myong chose to move to Northern Manitoba and treat patients on a First Nations Reserve. Dr. Myong enjoys all aspects of dentistry and also enjoys singing and playing the flute in her spare time.
