Biography: Maria is a certified therapist who uses a combination of Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™, Traditional Chinese acupuncture and yoga to address a range of women’s health problems related to the stresses and strains of modern life. By focusing on each individual, their lifestyle and range of symptoms, I create a personal programme of therapy that treats the interdependent physical, emotional and mental aspects of each problem.
