Biography: Tammy McLaughlin is the founder of Eye Design and Spa inc. She received her permanent makeup training at the Micro-Pigmentation center in Mississauga, Ontario. She has also done some training in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ongoing studies and continuous education assures that Tammys clients receive top quality service for lasting, beautiful results. Tammys a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals (SPCP).
